The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to edit social-first videos, branded content, reels, campaign assets, and more. We’re looking for someone with a good eye for pacing, storytelling, music, and visual details — and someone who genuinely enjoys experimenting with content.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form videos, reels, branded content, and digital campaigns.
- Work with raw footage, selecting the right shots and creating strong visual narratives.
- Add transitions, text, sound effects, music, colour corrections, and basic motion graphics.
- Adapt edits according to different social media platforms and formats.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, creative teams, and account managers.
- Understand briefs and translate creative ideas into compelling video content.
- Keep up with current editing styles, social media trends, and visual formats.




- Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

What We're Looking For

- 0.5–2 years of experience in video editing, including relevant internship or freelance experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Good understanding of pacing, composition, music, transitions, and storytelling.
- Strong interest in social media and digital content.
- Good attention to detail and an eye for visual quality.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them independently.
- Someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to experiment with current formats.

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience editing Reels, UGC, ads, or branded content.
- Understand current Instagram and YouTube content trends.
- Have basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Can work with colour grading and sound design.
- Have a portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your editing style.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
