Join our US-based Legal Intake team as a Global Intake Specialist, supporting Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Malpractice case types for American clients. You'll be the first voice a caller hears — guiding them through a structured, compassionate intake process and setting the stage for their case.

This is a specialized international voice role based out of our Banjara Hills office, working US night hours.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients in real time
- Conduct structured intake interviews, collecting personal, case, and incident details
- Ask clear, targeted questions to ensure accurate data capture
- Log and update information in our case management system
- Assess basic case eligibility and route qualified cases to the legal team
- Support callers through sensitive, emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures
- Meet quality, accuracy, and call performance targets

What You Bring

- 2+ years of real-time international voice process experience (US/UK/AU/Canada campaigns) — live call handling, not chat/email/back-office




- Neutral to near-neutral accent with robust spoken English
- Comfort with high call volumes without dropping quality or accuracy
- Willingness to work Night Shift (US hours), in-person at our Banjara Hills office

Nice to Have

- Legal Intake, law firm, or legal process background
- Familiarity with CRM/case management platforms
