Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (In-Person)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses persuasive communication skills, and thrives in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, pitch services/products, and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and field networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead identification to closing deals, tracking progress,



and hitting monthly targets.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitch presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers welcome to apply).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi, persuasive negotiation abilities, and basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive learning attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
