What You’ll Do

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers delivering mission-critical platform capabilities.

- Drive execution, delivery predictability, and engineering quality.

- Define technical architecture and establish engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Improve engineering processes, CI/CD maturity, and operational excellence.

- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, highly available, and performant.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability,



and continuous improvement.
