Position: HR Intern
Location: Indore (Onsite)
Type: Full-time Internship
Internship Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day HR activities planning and implementaion
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Assist in HR documentation and Stackholder Management
- Support onboarding and other HR operational activities like Attendance tracking, basic payroll and addressing to basic employee queries.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and office events.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn almost all HR function and not just recruitment.
- Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
