Flaviant Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Student Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting students, handling their queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide students with accurate information regarding courses, batches, classes, fees, schedules, and related services.
- Follow up with students regarding admissions, classes, payments, and pending requirements.
- Maintain student records, follow-up details, and communication in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with academic, admission, and operations teams to resolve student concerns.
- Resolve student issues professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students and ensure timely support.




- Assist in student onboarding and provide post-admission support.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.
- Prepare basic reports and update daily activity records.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Solid follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple student queries professionally.
- Candidates from education, EdTech, customer support, tele calling, or counselling backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
