The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in **Six Sigma** , **process automation** , and **AI/Gen AI technologies** , with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects and measurable cost savings. This role requires a **techno-functional mindset** and the ability to drive innovation through data-driven decision-making. Bitmap **Key Responsibilities:** Lead and execute **process improvement projects** using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Identify and implement **automation opportunities** using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-based solutions. Drive **AI and Generative AI (Gen AI)** initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, including use cases such as summarization, transcript analysis, and intelligent automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery of **quantifiable savings** . Develop and maintain **process documentation** , SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standardization.



Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capabilities in process excellence. Engage with business and technology stakeholders to align process transformation goals with strategic objectives. Bitmap **Required Skills & Qualifications:** **Experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or related domains.** Certified **Six Sigma Black Belt** or equivalent. Demonstrated success in delivering **high-impact projects** with measurable cost or efficiency gains. Hands-on experience with **automation tools** (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). Exposure to **AI and Gen AI technologies** , including practical applications in business operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in **agile environments** and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
