**Role Summary** We are seeking talented Java Developers to design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems. Successful candidates will be instrumental in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance microservices-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** Common Responsibilities + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver recent features. + Apply TDD and test-first development practices across all development stages. + Implement data access layers using Hibernate and JPA and manage caching using Redis or other caching frameworks. + Ensure high quality through effective code reviews, static code analysis, and performance optimization. + Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Specific to Experience Levels : + Develop and maintain backend systems using Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud technologies under guidance. + Participate in the design and implementation of microservices-based solutions. + Assist in the integration and optimization of Oracle and MongoDB in high-performance environments. **Experience** 3-4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java. **Spring Ecosystem** Knowledge and experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud. **Microservices Architecture** Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture. **Data Access & Databases** Proficient in Hibernate, JPA, relational (Oracle), and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. **Caching (Redis)** Exposure to Redis or equivalent for caching and performance optimization.



**Testing Strategies** Proven experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Shift-Left testing strategies. **Test Automation Tools/Frameworks** Hands-on experience with Junit, Mockito, REST Assured, Cucumber, or Selenium. **Application Performance** Understanding of code quality and performance optimization during development. **Problem-Solving** Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to complex development tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of API Gateways, Service Discovery, and Distributed Tracing (e.g., Spring Cloud Gateway, Eureka, Zipkin). + Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. + Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube,CheckStyle). + Understanding of security best practices for backend development (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security). **Soft Skils:** **Collaboration** Proven team collaboration skills. **Communication & Stakeholder Management** Good communication and basic stakeholder interaction. **Technical Depth & Business Acumen** Ability to balance technical depth with immediate project priorities. **Code Quality** Passion for high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
