We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Persona Banker/Business Development Executive/Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of CASA products, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Achieve sales targets set for CASA products by effectively promoting and selling banking services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and streamline client onboarding processes.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of banking products and services, particularly CASA (Current Account and Savings Account).
