We are seeking a Management Associate/Intern for our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and contribute to our organizational success.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with personal information, recruitment, and performance data.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing current HR initiatives and policies.
- Assist in the development of HR reports and presentations for management.





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
