Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise in office installation works and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct on-site quality assurance, including walk-downs of installed and completed turbines and inspection of incoming goods.
- Provide guidance and support to installation contractors to ensure QA standards are met.
- Support the Installation Manager in daily site activities and operational decisions.
- Participate in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) processes as required.
- Adhere strictly to quality processes and standards.
- Report safety, schedule, or quality issues via the designated online communication tool for corrective action.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly and in accordance with directives.
- Maintain complete and accurate Job Site Books.
- Provide necessary information for E-DSR (Electronic Daily Site Report) as defined by communication guidelines.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and use of assigned vehicles.
- Execute assigned retrofits per the RFR (Request for Retrofit) process.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to achieve site goals and objectives.
