Roles & Responsibilities:

- Regional Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the allocated region while maintaining quality procedures and standards.
- Budget Management: Verify monthly budgets prepared by Assistant Operations Manager and ensure all operations are executed within allocated budgets.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and submit Budget vs Actual comparison sheets for previous months to support budget planning for the current month.
- Asset Management: Ensure availability of assets with minimal breakdowns and maintain all mandatory documentation for cranes, manpower, trailers, and other assets.
- Documentation & Compliance: Monitor logsheets, ensure client verification, and submit timely to Operations Head Office. Ensure all statutory and client-related documents are available and submitted to relevant stakeholders.
- Invoicing & Billing:



Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoicing documents post-deployment of assets and manage deployment certificates and first-day logsheets for mobilization billing.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring operations meet quality and service standards.
- Team Support & Development: Provide adequate support, training, and development opportunities to the operations team to ensure productive project execution.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience in capital project operations, financial planning, and analysis.
