- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure all solar installations are completed on time
- Oversee project budgets to ensure adherence to financial objectives and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and vendors, to align project goals and expectations
- Lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards applicable to solar energy projects
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholders, audits, and future reference
- Monitor project progress continuously and make necessary adjustments to meet project milestones
- Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress, address issues, and maintain transparency
- Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure systems meet required standards
- Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and automating project management processes for efficiency and scalability
