Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of quality analysts or inspectors.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on quality and excellence.

Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of products or services at various stages of production or delivery.
- Identify and communicate quality-related issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.

Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive quality improvements.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assessments and findings.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality performance to management.

Training and Development:





- Provide training to team members on quality standards, processes, and tools.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members.

Customer Focus:

- Collaborate with customer support and product development teams to address customer feedback and issues related to product quality.

Audit and Compliance:

- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in external audits and assist in compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies and industry regulations.
- Experience in data analysis and process improvement.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
