Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit technical documentation for SailPoint APIs, client libraries, and SDKs.
- Lead and mentor developer advocates and cross-functional contributors to produce high-quality content.
- Develop sample code and applications demonstrating use cases for SailPoint APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify documentation needs for current product features.
- Work closely with Engineers to understand product functionality and reflect it accurately in documentation.
- Conduct stakeholder reviews and peer reviews of documentation.
- Verify the accuracy of documentation prior to publishing and maintain/edit existing documentation.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for audiences with diverse technical knowledge levels.
