Roles and Responsibilities: • Planning and Operations Leadership • Execute annual and in year planning cycles including territory, quota, account coverage, and readiness activities. • • Own planning accuracy, governance compliance, SLA performance, and operational risk management. • • Monitor KPIs, forecasting performance, planning quality, and milestone adherence. • • Lead governance reviews, business performance discussions, and stakeholder engagements. • • Serve as the primary escalation point for planning issues, operational risks,



and complex business requests. • • Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across planning functions. • Strategy Analytics and Transformation • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Compensation, Reporting and Analytics, and Enablement teams. • • Drive forecasting, scenario modeling, planning analytics, and business reporting. • • Lead automation, workflow optimization, and AI enabled planning initiatives. • • Support operating model transformation programs while maintaining delivery stability. • Readiness Management • Govern readiness milestones, seller communication plans, readiness checklists, and Day 1 support activities. • • Ensure readiness deliverables align with business planning calendars and go live requirements. • Agentic AI Governance • Drive adoption of Agentic AI solutions across planning functions. • • Establish governance controls, human review processes, escalation protocols, and performance measures for AI enabled operations. • People Leadership • Lead 80 to 150 resources through CL8 Managers in a global delivery environment. • • Manage workforce planning, hiring, talent development, succession planning, and capability building. • • Coach leaders on operational excellence, stakeholder management, and delivery performance. • • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
