We are a Siliguri-based travel company and distribution partner specializing in offbeat Northeast India. We focus on slow, mindful travel and work with local communities to offer grounded, authentic, and un-sugar-coated experiences.

What you'll do

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels featuring our properties and travel experiences in Meghalaya.
- Create strong hooks, storytelling, transitions, captions and CTAs.
- Adapt content for Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms.
- Understand current social media trends and content formats.
- Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading as needed.
- Manage a content calendar and hit regular publishing deadlines
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips for different platforms

What we're looking for

- Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Ability to create strong hooks and CTAs.
- Understanding of social media engagement and lead generation.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.




- Ability to analyse content performance and improve based on results.
- Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Experience with ManyChat or similar automation tools is a plus.
- 1–3+ years of video editing experience (portfolio required)
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Comfortable working with travel, lifestyle, or hospitality content (a plus, not required)
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a small team
