Job Title: Project In-Charge – Interiors

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project In-Charge to oversee interior project execution from site preparation to final handover. The candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day interior project activities.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion as per timeline and quality standards.
- Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and other interior works.
- Allocate work and monitor site manpower and contractors.
- Ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor quality,



safety and proper execution of work.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly project progress reports.
- Coordinate for material delivery, installation and project handover.
- Handle client concerns and coordinate service/rectification work after project completion.
- Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
- Experience: 3–10 years in interior project execution/site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior works, materials and contractors.
- Positive communication, coordination and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
