Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modelling, security, and enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Define Salesforce architecture, solution design, integration strategy, and technical standards.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead architecture and technical design for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
- Define data models, security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Identify performance, scalability, and maintainability improvements.
- Participate in solution estimation, technical discussions, POCs, and architecture reviews.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce Governor Limits and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support deployment, release management, troubleshooting, and production issues when required.

Required Technical Skills

- 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with solid experience in solution/technical architecture.




- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Experience Cloud/Community Cloud is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data modelling and security architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware and system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Copado or Gearset.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect certifications preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A strong candidate should have 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant experience in solution architecture, Salesforce integrations, data/security architecture, and enterprise implementations, with the ability to independently own architecture decisions and guide development teams.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
