Sales Representative – US Clients (Remote)

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Sales Representative to work with our team and sell our business growth solutions to small business owners in the US.

What You’ll Do

- Find potential small business clients using provided lead data.
- Make outbound cold calls to US business owners.
- Explain our services and understand the client’s needs.
- Book sales appointments and conduct product presentations.
- Close deals and collect payments.
- Send welcome information and guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Help clients complete their onboarding forms.
- Join onboarding and launch calls with clients.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the process.

Requirements

- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Confident speaking with US clients over the phone and live zoom call.
- Valuable communication and sales skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Laptop and stable internet connection.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The initial phase (first month) will be commission-based per client closed.

Candidates who perform well (second month) may move into a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary + performance incentives.
