Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate export shipments from booking to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and internal teams.
- Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation.
- Track shipment schedules, vessel details, ETD/ETA, and container movements.
- Coordinate container booking, stuffing, loading, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and follow-ups.
- Handle shipment-related queries and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain proper records of shipments and documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for shipment-related requirements.
- Monitor shipment costs and ensure proper documentation for billing.
- Follow company procedures and ensure smooth execution of export shipments.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping/export/logistics.
- Positive knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Candidate should preferably be local to Amritsar.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
