- Execute design and development of customized engineering systems, including 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, layouts, BOMs, and documentation based on client requirements.
- Apply robust engineering judgement while making design decisions.
- Review drawings, models, and technical outputs prepared by junior engineers to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and quality.
- Guide and mentor junior design engineers in engineering fundamentals, CAD practices, documentation standards, and project execution methods.
- Break down project requirements into tasks, assign work to junior team members, and track progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, clarify technical points, share updates, close issues,



and maintain project documentation including MOMs, design notes, and revision records.
- Travel to client locations, if required, for requirement gathering, site measurements, implementation, troubleshooting, or project support.
- Take ownership of projects from requirement to delivery, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and escalating them with solutions.
- Guide customers towards practical, manufacturable, and technically sound engineering solutions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
