Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end clinic operations including staff, inventory, appointments, and overall centre performance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every client receives premium service and personalized attention, aligned with Dermapuritys’ brand promise.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff (doctors, therapists, front office, support team) to achieve service excellence.
- Business Development: Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets by upselling/cross-selling treatments and packages.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand SOPs across the clinic.
- Reporting & Coordination: Share regular reports with management on performance, client feedback, and operational challenges.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities and community engagement.
