Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct lead calling, schedule and conduct client meetings, consultations, and site visits to secure bookings and generate referrals.
- Manage the sales funnel and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
- Prepare creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, designs, and quotations based on client requirements and budget to help convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the Design, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer (KT) to the right stakeholders/teams by documenting all design commitments and sharing them with the respective stakeholders/ teams for alignment.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in internal training programs, industry exhibitions, and workshops.
- Proactively suggest ideas to improve sales conversions, referral generation, and the overall client experience.

Required Skills





- Passion for sales with an aptitude for interior design and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of design ergonomics, modular furniture, and end-to-end interior design workflows.
- Excellent communication, client management, coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and the ability to develop practical design solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

Freshers

Candidates who want to build a career in the interior design industry and have a background in any of the following disciplines:

- B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Design
- Civil Engineering
- Business Administration (BBA/MBA)

Experienced Candidates

- 1–3 years of experience in sales related to interior design, modular furniture, modular kitchens, home décor, or similar industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
