ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle IndiaMART inquiries – respond to buyer queries promptly and professionally.

- Prepare and send quotations, follow-ups and maintain records in IndiaMART.





- Coordinate with sales team for requirement understanding and technical clarification.

- Prepare technical datasheets, brochures and other documents as required.

- Maintain customer database and inquiry reports in CRM / Excel.

- Support in order processing, documentation and customer communication.

- Provide regular updates on inquiries, follow-ups and lead status.

- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Fast and skilled response to IndiaMART buyer inquiries.

- Accurate quotations, follow-ups, and inquiry records.

- Organized customer database and CRM / Excel reporting.

- Smooth coordination between customers and the sales team.

- Consistent support for lead conversion and business targets.

EDUCATION

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Relevant sales support / inside sales experience with IndiaMART will be strongly considered.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
