Key Requirements & Criteria:

· Experience: Proven experience in managing and handling preschool children (Playgroup to UKG). Must possess excellent classroom management skills.

· Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (as of current academic year).

· Communication: Exceptional English background with flawless spoken English and clear pronunciation.

· Personality: Smart, energetic, confident, and possessing a pleasant, warm personality suited for young learners.

· Handwriting: Excellent, neat, and print-transparent handwriting (essential for whiteboard and student workbook tracking).

· Minimum Qualification:



12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above.

· Added Advantage: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, emails, or operating smart classroom tools).
