Corporate Relations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with companies and generate job opportunities for candidates across our branches in Kerala.

The role will be responsible for developing new corporate partnerships, generating vacancies, coordinating recruitment activities, and working closely with branch placement teams to improve overall placement outcomes.

This is a field-oriented position that requires regular travel across Kerala for corporate meetings, branch visits, recruitment drives, and relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Identify and approach new companies to generate job vacancies and placement opportunities.
- Conduct regular corporate meetings and visits to understand current and future hiring requirements.
- Build a strong pipeline of companies and employment opportunities across Kerala.
- Negotiate and establish corporate tie-ups and placement partnerships.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Coordinate job vacancies with placement teams across all branches.
- Work closely with branch placement teams to ensure suitable candidates are presented for available positions.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and other hiring activities.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview results, selections, offers, and candidate joining.
- Monitor vacancy generation and placement performance across branches.
- Guide and support branch placement teams in achieving placement targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits to review placement activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate contacts, vacancies,



interviews, selections, and placements.
- Prepare regular reports on corporate relationships, vacancies generated, and placement performance.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, recruitment events, and industry meetings to develop new employer connections.
- Travel across Kerala as required for corporate and branch-related activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years experience in corporate relations, business development, recruitment, placement, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate new business opportunities and vacancies.
- Good coordination and team-management skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar business tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Experience in the education, training, recruitment, or placement industry.
- Experience working with multiple branches or teams.
- Existing relationships with corporate HR teams or employers.
- Experience coordinating recruitment drives or placement activities.

Salary and benefits will be based on experience, skills, and company policy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
