Job Description – Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong leadership, sales, team-management, and business-development skills, with proven experience in managing and achieving team targets.

The role will be commission-based, offering robust earning potential linked to individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate business and increase revenue..
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Handle important clients and assist the team in closing high-value deals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales planning.
- Track sales reports, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and professional standards.
- Take ownership of team targets and overall sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate.
- Proven experience in team handling and team management.
- Should have managed a sales team and achieved business/sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process and market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills,Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to train, motivate, and drive a sales team toward results.
- Existing client/channel-partner network will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Commission-Based / Performance-Based Salary

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive commission structure based on individual and team performance, with high earning potential for achieving targets.
