We are looking for a technically strong, disciplined, and hands-on Production Supervisor to manage and lead the production team and oversee day-to-day electronics manufacturing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in electronics assembly, PCB soldering, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and rework. The candidate must be capable of handling technical issues on the production floor while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and process discipline are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and monitor the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Plan, allocate, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Handle and supervise electronics assembly, soldering, PCB testing, wiring, repair, and rework.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault finding of PCBs, electronic circuits, power supplies, wiring, and components.
- Supervise the assembly, testing, repair, and final inspection of DFMD and HHMD products.
- Ensure production is carried out as per BOM, drawings, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters, DC power supplies, soldering/rework stations, and testing fixtures.




- Identify technical and production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, Service, and Management for smooth production operations.
- Maintain production, testing, rejection, repair, and rework records.
- Ensure strict discipline, process compliance, productivity, and accountability within the team.
- Train and guide team members on technical processes, quality requirements, and safe working practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production, assembly, testing, or repair.
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering, testing, electronics repair, troubleshooting, wiring, and rework.
- Experience with electronic security products, metal detectors, industrial electronics, or similar products will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be disciplined, technically hands-on, target-oriented, and strict about process compliance.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
