Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands paid ads and data-driven growth. The role focuses on executing and optimizing campaigns to drive leads, installs, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor daily performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Create basic ad copies and coordinate with the creative team
- A/B test ads, audiences, and creatives
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics
- Understanding of funnels, conversions & retargeting
- Valuable analytical and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
