Role: HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time.
- Ensure all HVAC work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Handle VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Ducting, and other HVAC systems.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.




- Control project costs and coordinate with the purchase and accounts teams.
- Lead and guide Site Engineers, Technicians, and other project staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and project handover.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience: 5+ years in HVAC project execution/management
Location: Chennai
Skills: Project Management, HVAC Design & Execution, Team Management, Client Coordination, AutoCAD, MS Office.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
