Job Title: Facility Operator

Job Summary

NetZone India is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Facility Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of our cricket practice facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the cricket nets, provide excellent customer service, maintain the turf and equipment, and keep the facility clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Cricket Facility Operations

- Operate and monitor the cricket bowling machine during practice sessions.
- Set up equipment and ensure all machines are functioning properly before and after use.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements.

Turf & Ground Maintenance

- Inspect, maintain, and care for the artificial turf and practice area.
- Ensure the playing surface remains safe, clean, and in valuable condition.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of nets, equipment, and surrounding areas.

Customer Service & Client Management

- Welcome and assist customers upon arrival.
- Provide guidance on facility rules, equipment usage, and session procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Booking & Scheduling Management

- Manage customer bookings and practice session schedules.




- Coordinate time slots to ensure smooth facility utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.

Facility Cleanliness & Safety

- Keep the entire ground area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure safety standards are followed within the facility.
- Monitor the premises and report any concerns or incidents to management.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of cricket and cricket training equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Physically fit and capable of performing ground maintenance duties.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in sports facility operations, groundskeeping, or customer service.
- Familiarity with cricket bowling machines and turf maintenance.

Compensation

Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
