Job Title: Senior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supervising the accounts team. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)Shekhawati Electrical Engineers

· Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly expense records site-wise and project-wise.

· Record all cash and bank transactions accurately.

· Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

· Process salaries for office staff and site workers.

· Manage PF, ESIC contributions, challans, and statutory filings.

· Ensure GST compliance including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing.

· Handle TDS deductions and returns (Contractor, Professional, Salary).

· Prepare project-wise costing, profitability reports, and monthly MIS.





· Maintain proper books of accounts and support audits.

· Liaison with Bank for Credit facilities and its documentation

· Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

· Stock Statement maintain

Pratap Institute of Technology & Science

· Manage student fee collection and maintain student-wise fee ledgers.

· Record daily and monthly college expenses.

· Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

· Process salaries for teaching and non-teaching staff.

· Handle PF, ESIC, and TDS compliance.

· Maintain mess, hostel, and facility-related accounts.

· Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS for management.

· Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
