We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the end-to-end technical execution and platform delivery of a fleet management and mobility platform. The role involves leading a cross-functional engineering team, designing scalable cloud-native systems, and working closely with senior leadership to translate business and product requirements into reliable, enterprise-grade technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and delivery of scalable, high-availability web and mobile fleet management platforms.
- Design and maintain AWS-based cloud-native microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Oversee real-time IoT and telematics data ingestion, processing, and streaming pipelines.
- Drive system reliability through monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and incident management.
- Manage, mentor,



and develop a cross-functional engineering team while maintaining strong engineering standards.
- Own sprint planning, capacity management, code/design reviews, release planning, and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Founders, Product, Operations, Sourcing, Fleet, and Telematics teams to align technical priorities with business goals.
- Track platform health, delivery progress, technical risks, and technical debt, providing clear updates to leadership.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting business growth and increasing data volumes.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
