Ruvido Caso is a growing retail brand specializing in mobile accessories and anime-inspired products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team at DLF Summit Plaza.

Position:

Sales Executive

Location: DLF Summit Plaza, Sector 54, Gurgaon
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Industry: Retail / B2C Sales
Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, especially of mobile accessories and anime products.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic store operations.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and build good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.




- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Strong convincing and selling skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of retail/B2C sales experience will also be considered.
