Position 1: Field Collection Executive

Role Overview

This is a field-based role involving customer visits, payment collection, and maintaining collection records within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for pending payment collections.
- Collect outstanding payments in the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate collection records.
- Update daily collection reports.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Basic smartphone and MS Excel knowledge.

Position 2: Telecaller Executive





Role Overview

This is an office-based calling role focused on following up with customers regarding pending payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make follow-up calls for pending payments.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
- Update daily calling reports.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support the collection team in achieving targets.

Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
