SKYLED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our Sales & Business Development team in Madhya Pradesh.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage channel and retail sales across the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, sub-dealers and retailers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new markets and increase business from existing channels.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.
- Improve brand visibility and product penetration in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Manage sales forecasting, collections and MIS reporting.
- Execute product promotions, trade schemes and market development activities.

Requirements:

- 4–5+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Electronics / Consumer Durables.




- Robust experience in channel sales, dealer and distributor management.
- Good knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh market will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice will be preferred.

Salary:
10%–20% hike on last drawn salary, depending on experience, current CTC and suitability.
