About the Role
We're a growing consultancy building out our video content presence across social media and YouTube. We're looking for a full-time Video Content Editor who can manage a high-frequency editing pipeline - from short-form reels to long-form YouTube content - and help us maintain a consistent, polished presence across platforms.

Responsibilities

- Edit high volume of short-form video content (reels/shorts) for daily publishing
- Edit long-form YouTube videos on a weekly basis
- Repurpose and adapt content formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
- Design eye-catching thumbnails for video content
- Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and quality across all edits
- Work closely with the founder/team to align on content style and messaging

Requirements

- Proven experience editing short-form content (reels/shorts) - portfolio required
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)




- Working knowledge of thumbnail design (Photoshop/Canva)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with daily deliverables
- Understanding of platform-specific formatting (aspect ratios, captions, trends)

Nice to Have

- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO/thumbnail optimization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
