Civil Engineer – STP & Wastewater Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in STP / wastewater treatment projects to join our Projects team.

The candidate will be responsible for site execution, civil work supervision, quantity and measurement verification, quality control, contractor coordination, project progress monitoring and maintenance support for STP, greywater and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil works for STP and wastewater treatment projects.
- Handle foundations, RCC structures, tanks, chambers, masonry, pipelines and related civil works.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
- Check site measurements, quantities, BOQs and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal project teams.
- Coordinate civil works with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions and monitor rework/rectification.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports covering completed, pending and ongoing activities.
- Support STP commissioning, trial runs, maintenance and rectification works.
- Assist in estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering and technical evaluation.
- Travel to different project locations as required.

Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in STP / wastewater / sewage treatment projects preferred.
- Practical knowledge of RCC structures, tanks, foundations, pipelines and utility works.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel to multiple locations.

Compensation & Benefits

- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
- 6-month probation period.
