Social Media Executive — Pourfect

Pourfect is an epoxy resin art brand selling directly to artists and hobbyists across India. We are looking for a Social Media Executive to own our presence on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook end to end — idea, shoot, edit, post, engage, report. This is a hands-on production role. You will be shooting and editing your own footage, not coordinating someone else's.

You will build and run a monthly content calendar, publish on schedule, and write captions in our brand voice. You will shoot resin pours, product demos, tutorials and customer-project features — top-down pour shots, macro detail, before-and-after. You will edit reels and short-form video, including cuts, pacing, captions, music and colour correction. You will record voiceovers and appear on camera where the format calls for it. You will also produce static creatives such as product flat lays, carousels and quote cards. Day to day, you will reply to comments and DMs, route sales enquiries to the store, coordinate with resin artists for collaborations and user-generated content, and support product launches with campaign-specific content. Each month you will report on reach, saves, shares, follower growth and store traffic,



with a recommendation for the next cycle.

We are looking for one to three years running social media for a consumer brand, or a strong freelance or personal portfolio of short-form video. You should be proficient in a video editing tool such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, comfortable operating a camera or phone rig with basic lighting and audio, and able to work in Canva or Photoshop for static creatives. Clear, neutral spoken English pronunciation is essential, as you will be doing voiceovers and on-camera pieces; this will be tested at interview with a live read. Hindi fluency is required for customer interaction. Experience with resin, art or craft materials, familiarity with Shopify and Meta Business Suite, and basic motion graphics are all a plus.
