Role Overview

As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in designing and executing the organization’s overall marketing and growth strategy. This position demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong ownership. You will work closely with leadership to build brand visibility, drive outreach, and position our initiatives across digital, on-ground, and partnership-based channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for organizational projects and programs
- Build and manage brand presence across digital and offline platforms
- Coordinate with design, content, and social media teams to execute campaigns
- Drive outreach, visibility, and engagement for national-level initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
- Support partnerships, collaborations, and outreach initiatives
- Represent the organization at events, meetings,



and collaborations when required

- Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Willingness to Travel: 100% (required)

Important Note

This is a salary-based role with deferred payment after 2 months.
All roles, responsibilities, timelines, and payout structures will be clearly defined in a legally binding agreement before onboarding.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
