We are looking for a Market Researcher who will be responsible for researching the market, identifying potential customers and business opportunities, analyzing competitors, and collecting relevant data to support the sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, company websites, databases, and other available sources.
- Identify potential clients, target companies, and decision-makers.
- Research competitors, market trends, products, services, and industry opportunities.
- Collect, verify, and organize relevant market and lead data.
- Prepare databases containing company details, contact information, industry details, and other relevant information.
- Analyze research findings and share useful insights with the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities and data collected.
- Work closely with the calling team by providing quality data for cold calling and lead generation.




- Regularly update and improve the database based on research findings.

Requirements

- Positive research and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data accurately.
- Good communication and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to verify information.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, business research, or data research will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong research skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
