- Manage a large volume of contracts and purchasing requisitions both internally and externally with partners.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for all recent resources involved in whiteshirt and partner pass-through projects.
- Coordinate Tenrox accounts, project assignments, and forecast updates, including extensions through change orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resource and partner inquiries regarding project codes, billable time, timesheet adjustments, and monthly invoicing.
- Create and maintain internal reports on program metrics and performance.
