Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all test automation activities across medical device projects
- Review and approve test scripts before acceptance by Product Owners (PO) or SMEs
- Ensure implementation of best practices in test automation
- Mentor and coach engineers on automation testing methodologies
- Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios
- Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards
- Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly
- Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drive alignment between technical and business requirements
- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when needed
- Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption
