We are looking for a proactive Collections Manager to oversee and manage the recovery of overdue payments across loan portfolios. The role involves strategizing collection efforts, handling delinquent accounts, and ensuring portfolio health through effective recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage collections for assigned portfolio (secured/unsecured)
- Supervise field collection teams and external agencies
- Ensure timely recovery from overdue accounts (early and late buckets)
- Analyze delinquency trends and take corrective actions
- Coordinate with legal and repossession teams for recovery actions
- Maintain collection MIS and performance dashboards

Key Skills:

- In-depth understanding of retail loan collections (PL, BL, CV, HL, etc.)
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Team management and agency coordination
- Working knowledge of legal and recovery processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and collection systems
