We are looking for a dynamic Banking Officer Current Accounts to manage and grow the CA portfolio by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships. The role involves cross-selling banking products and delivering superior service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new current account customers through direct and channel sales
- Manage and grow existing CA relationships to increase wallet share
- Cross-sell CASA, cash management, trade, and treasury products
- Ensure high levels of customer service and timely issue resolution
- Track and achieve monthly business targets

Key Skills:

- Positive understanding of current account products and customer segments
- Sales and relationship management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cash management, trade finance (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking CRM systems
