We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security compliance, and supporting both Linux and Windows environments. This is a hands-on role requiring in-depth knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, monitor, and maintain servers and infrastructure systems.
- Host websites and manage domain creation on dedicated servers.
- Perform regular server backups and maintain comprehensive backup records.
- Monitor workstations for unusual activities and ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain daily reports using Excel and Google Docs.
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including router, firewall, DNS, DHCP, and Windows networking.
- Configure and support LAN/WAN network environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational information security controls.
- Implement network security policies and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Linux operating systems.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and Data Center operations.




- Collaborate with project managers to align system changes with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge in networking, including router configuration, firewall management, and DNS/DHCP.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows networking and system administration.
- Familiarity with information security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports using Excel/Google Docs.
- Experience with Data Center operations and Disaster Recovery planning.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.
