Primary Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance to Operations on products via Escalated incidents
- Perform advanced problem analysis and isolate problems of a complex level of difficulty
- Monitor and Troubleshoot applications in production servers hosted on AWS
- Work with cross functional teams and external vendors as needed
- Work to develop internal tools and automation
- Publish articles in our in-house knowledgebase
- Able to learn a wide variety of technologies at a rapid pace
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (Including Weekends), primarily night shifts
- Understanding of company mission and corporate objectives and ability to apply this knowledge within the company while working on incidents

Skills Requirements

- Experience with one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python,



JavaScript, Powershell, etc.)
- Experience with using monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, etc.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL or other Relational Databases
- Knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes
- Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
- Experience in managing troubleshooting issues in Cloud workplace, AWS
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
- Exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment
