Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with 3 to 5 years working in Agile environments.
- Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide Agile teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track and report team performance metrics.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles.
- Help identify and resolve blockers to progress.
