Guru Kirpa Immigration is looking for a creative and experienced Script Writer to join our Content & Growth team.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and high-converting scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, educational videos, promotional content, and personal-brand content.

We are looking for someone who understands social media content, storytelling, hooks, audience psychology, and short-form video.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other digital platforms.
- Create powerful hooks that capture audience attention in the first few seconds.
- Develop scripts based on current trends, audience interests, FAQs, and industry topics.
- Create educational, informative, promotional, entertaining, and storytelling-based content.
- Write content for both Guru Kirpa Immigration and the company's personal brand.
- Research topics related to study visas, students, education, immigration, and relevant industry trends.
- Convert complex information into simple, easy-to-understand scripts.
- Develop strong storytelling, CTAs, and content angles.
- Work closely with the Content Manager, Video Editors, and Marketing Team.




- Review the performance of published content and improve future scripts based on results.
- Maintain a database of content ideas, hooks, topics, and successful script formats.
- Ensure all scripts follow the company's brand voice and communication standards.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, content writing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Excellent command of English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and engaging scripts.
- Valuable understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Ability to research and understand new topics quickly.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple scripts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with personal-brand/founder-led content is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
